The Board of Directors of NTUAA of Northern California, a California corporation (the “NTUAA”) held a meeting at 1032 Johnson Ave., San Jose, CA 95129, on November 4, 2007, beginning at 3:00 pm and ending at 5:00 pm.

Gilbert Chang, Shirley Lin Chiang, Christy Chou, Thomas Shiao-ning Chou, Sherman Fan, James Fann, Shin-Chyi Hsieh, David C. Hu, Fred Huang, Hsu-Ting Huang, Madison Shih, Sue Sun, Stephen Tang, Irene Wang, Kevin Wang, Shu-Chen Ho Wu, and John Lin-sheng Yu.
Call to Order:
Chairperson Shirley Lin Chiang called to order at 3:00 pm.
2007-2008 New Board
Members Inaugurated:
Shirley Lin Chiang
announced that Christy Chou, Thomas Shiao-ning Chou, Sherman Fan, James Fann,
David C. Hu, Fred Huang, Hsu-Ting Huang, Madison Shih, Sue Sun, Shu-Chen Ho Wu,
and John Lin-sheng Yu were elected to serve on a two-year term.
Elections:
Shirley Lin Chiang was
nominated by Madison Shih and seconded by Sue Sun. Motion passed by consensus.
Sue Sun was nominated
by Gilbert Chang and seconded by Irene Wang.
Motion passed by consensus.
Christy Chou was
nominated by Irene Wang and seconded by Madison Shih. Motion passed by consensus.
Shu-Chen Ho Wu was nominated by Madison Shih and seconded by Sue Sun. Motion passed by consensus.
Sherman Fan, James
Fann, Stephen Tang, Kevin Wang, and John Lin-sheng Yu were nominated by Sue
Sun. Appointees were all approved by the
Board.
Board members addressed:
Shirley Lin Chiang proposed a fund raising Wine & Cheese event in early 2008 to raise money for the projector and screens to be used by NTUAA and its affiliated clubs’ activities. Board approved.
ADJOURNMENT
Chairperson Shirley Lin Chiang adjourned the meeting at 5:00 pm.
