Note: Traditional Chinese Setting. For Internet Explorer, click on the menu "View/Encoding" and select "Traditional Chinese (Big5)". For Netscape Communicator, click on the menu "View/Character Set" and select "Traditional Chinese (Big5)".

For W2K and WinXP users, you can enable Traditional Chinese (Big5) input by going through Control Panel Regional and Language Options.
