· Description:
Dr. Chen was filmed by the TV program, Unsolved Mystries, together with other eleven Chi-Kong masters in
Northern America in late 1990's. He learnt Chi-Kong skills and martial arts from his family, who have a long
history back to the Ching dynasty. Theories of Chi have been used in acupuncture as well as many other fields in Chinese medicine. As acupuncture is
entering the mainstream medicine, people get more curious about how Chi works inside us. “Chi is actually not as mysterious as some people think,” said by Dr. Chen. He will introduce some fundamental skills of Chi-Gong and soft martial art. The most practical thing is
that it can releave you of stress or anxiety, and help you have a good sleep at night. There will be an
optional dinner with Dr. Chen after this class.
