Theories of Chi have been used in acupuncture as well as many other fields in Chinese medicine. As acupuncture is entering the mainstream medicine, people get more curious about how Chi works inside us. “Chi is actually not as mysterious as some people think,” said by Dr. Chen. He will introduce some fundamental skills of Chi-Gong, and everybody will be able to feel Chi. There will be an optional dinner with Dr. Chen after this class.
