氣功入門教授 Memorial Park, Cupertino
We invited Dr. Richard Chen (陳世琪中醫師) to give us this free class. Some of us have waited for it for half an year or longer. The basic skills of Chi-Gong will be taught in the class, and everybody will be able to perceive the existence of Chi.

· Place: Memorial Park, Cupertino.
· RSVP: It would be nice of you to drop a note.
· Contact: If you have any question or suggestion, please contact Tom.
Email: tomus_h@hotmail.com
· Meet: At the shaded area close to Alves Dr.
· Directions: Memorial Park, Cupertino.
· Bring: Water and sunscreen.
· Description:
Theories of Chi have been used in acupuncture as well as many other fields in Chinese medicine. As acupuncture is entering the mainstream medicine, people get more curious about how Chi works inside us. “Chi is actually not as mysterious as some people think,” said by Dr. Chen. He will introduce some fundamental techniques of Chi-Gong, and we will be able to feel Chi. There will be an optional dinner with Dr. Chen after this class.
