SF Symphony ─ Chinese New Year Celebration

Are you ready for the Year of Rat? We are gonna kick off our 2008 events with SF Symphony’s Chinese new year concert. It features a mix of music and instruments in a fusion of East and West. The conductor Carolyn Kuan (關琦安) grew up in Taiwan. She is currently an assistant conductor of Seattle Symphony Orchestra.

 

· Date: Feb 10 (Sun), 2008. 4pm.

 

· Place: Davies Symphony Hall, San Francisco.

 

· RSVP:

(1) Please respond to tomus_h@hotmail.com ASAP. We'll order tickets once we have a good size of group.

(2) Ticket price: $40 + service fee ($3 estimated). We’ll book the seats together. The plan is to order the upper orchestra or premier 1st tier, depending on the availability of seats at the time of purchase.

(3) You are responsible for paying your tickets once they are ordered.

· Description:
We may carpool or take public transportation together. It’s optional to join an afternoon tea near Davies Hall before the performance. We may also have an optional dinner after the event.
