· Description:
Dr. Richard Chen was filmed by the TV program, Unsolved Mystries, together with other eleven Chi-Gong masters in
North America in late 1990's. He learnt advanced Chi-Gong from his family, who have a long
history back to the Ming dynasty. Theories of Chi have been used in acupuncture as well as many other fields in Chinese medicine. As acupuncture is
entering the mainstream medicine, people get more curious about how Chi works inside us. “Chi is actually not as mysterious as some people think. It is a form of energy,” said by Dr. Chen. He will teach some fundamental skills of Chi-Gong in the classes. These skills are very useful and practical. They keep us healthy,
releave us of stress or anxiety, and help us have a good sleep at night. There will be an
optional dinner with Dr. Chen after the classes.
