七月中醫養生講座, 請到河洛醫科大學校長楊磊醫學博士﹐從陰陽五行來探討正確的養生方法, 包括菜療法. 果菜養生, 鹽浴療法, 靜坐,及氣功養生。
特別討論與肝經相關的疾病, 例如:頭痛,脇肋脹痛,腹痛,痛經,偏頭痛,食慾減退,胃酸過多,皮膚病,代謝緩慢,肥胖,消瘦,眼睛疼痛,視力模糊…
同時, 教導大家如何自己按摩,拍打經脈, 以及呼吸吐納術,來防治這些疾病

our campus is on your left after 2 small blocks(4th parking
lot).
From South
San Jose: Take 87 north at end of freeway connects at 101 northbound, exit at
Lawrence expressway, turn left from exit ramp’s traffic light. Turn right on

楊磊醫師 簡介
楊磊醫師是河洛醫科大學的創辦人，中國醫家養生氣功---圓通寶靈功的創始人, 東方醫學博士, 加州執照針灸醫師。
楊醫師在灣區行醫十一年，在臨床中將氣功和中醫有機他柔合為一體，渾然天成，獨創了“氣功針灸”，造就了無數的醫學創舉，如針灸治療：
骨刺 – 一分鐘即可軟化骨刺，且只用一針
腫瘤 –一針下去, 一分鐘內即見腫瘤變小
疼痛 – 針到痛消，一針見效，快過最強的止痛藥
高血壓 – 當場治療，當場測試，當場降壓
糖尿病-針藥並舉，次日即可降低血糖
其他諸如腰腿痛，偏頭痛，內分泌失調等症，皆不是難題。花粉症，支氣管哮喘，也是極為拿手的病症。
