Dear Alumni,
NTUAA golf club will sponsor a golf outing in support of the May 30 NTUAA Azalea Night Festival. After golfing, players will participate in the evening dinner and other activities. By this mail we invite you, a non-golf club alumnus, to join us for an afternoon of golf.
Our general plan for this golf outing will be: Play on a short local course, such as Sunken Garden or the newly renovated Pruneridge GC. Green fee will be about $25 (subject to course selection and confirmation). We may play starting at about 1pm and finish up at about 4pm. Players will then have time to refresh for the evening dinner. Non-NTUAA-Golf alumni will commingle with our club members in a tee to build up camaraderie. I envision this to be a fun opportunity for us to know one another.
If you would like to participate, please let me know by return mail (ace228@juno.com). Please let me know as soon as possible but no later than April 30 for further planning. Please also indicate your experience in golf so we'll match you with appropriate tee partners. Totally new comers may meet one weekend before the outing to learn some basic skills and rules about golf so you'll get more fun out of the game (loaner clubs may also be available).
